Up here in Orkney, i would say 80%+ of folk have just continued as always, while a very small minority walk about with an air of self-importance dressed in plague suits (most true Orcadians suspect them of being English, the so-called incomers or ‘ferryloupers’). Anyway, as I strolled through my village today, I was struck by how one such plague-suited person nipped sharply sideways to give my son and me a wide berth, thus preventing us from issuing a standard friendly greeting. I have decided that I will not even consider giving a passing greeting to anyone in any form of protective garb. Let their self-isolation be complete!
Does anyone know of any legal cases being brought against the Scottish government for lockdown or mandatory mask laws?
