
UNPUBLISHED WORKING PAPER MAKES NATIONAL HEADLINES AGAIN!
A paper posted on the "High Streets Task Force" website by the Institute of Place Management at Manchester Metropolitan University has some great news for us.
Instead of the current 2 metres social distancing guidelines they have calculated using "the science" that people need 3.6 metres to give them a 10 square metre security zone.
As the Daily Mail reports, this figure is required for safety in a dynamic space indoors. The diagram below isn't a joke.

Yet again, this is an unpublished paper that hasn't undergone any peer review yet it is dashed out for public consumption.
